The total sign-ups on The Bridge each week only are in the 50 to 60 player range, so cashing is not really that difficult
Everyone should at least sign-up for the free $10 and the weekly Free Roll, just to try PokerRebels out without any risk.............
PokerRebels has just really started to promote themselves,
We went on PokerRebels for the first time on Friday June 21 at 2PM ET, we found a active 2/4c Hold-em table on the ring lobby with 4 players.
Talking to our Pokerrebel contact, Ally......she told us traffic will usually peak to about 25 to 30 players most U.S. afternoons, which happen to be peak European evening hours.
The $100 Bridge FreeRoll scheduled this past week end had 53 sign-ups, so the traffic potential is there, according to our source a significant internet campaign to attract players will be beginning soon.
We finished 3rd (I'm USALegal) on the July 14, 2013 Bridge FreeRoll and won $11, the winnings were placed into my player account instantly.
Pokerrebel Software
PokerRebels uses their own proprietary software pokerrebel 1.0, which is provided by the Scion Poker network.
When we first reviewed PokerRebels on June 21st, we found a few issues with the software
- The bet slider is very shaky and hard to control, bets in very tiny amounts like pennies.
- It is hard to tell which hands have folded while playing.....you need to look for a black spade on the cards showing for active hands, a gray spade showing are hands that have folded.
- Showdowns are a trip, no hands are revealed as the turn and river are dealt, just the pot going to the winning hand(s), you see what happened on the dealer chat....
- Individual Tournament lobby needs to show more information, like payouts, players left, current player position, stacks remaining, updated blinds, etc...
- Hand history is just a betting history, no cards are shown, not even the board cards are shown!
PokerRebels has corrected many of the Software issues including:
- Bet slider now bets in 1 chip increments and is more stable
- Folded cards (dead hands) now disappear and you know who is still in the hand without fail.
- The tournament Lobby is vastly improved, updated player rankings while playing, detailed blind information, detailed payout structure are now available-- it still needs current chip stack info like avg stack, hi stack, low stack.
- 7 Card stud has been added to the game mix.
- Showdowns still leave something to be desired.
- Hand history needs to show cards not just wagers.
- There is a player note feature, just right click a players name and type away.
- Games include: No limit Holdem. Omaha, Omaha Hi/Lo, 5 Card stud, and 5 Card stud Hi/Lo.
PokerRebels has taken every suggestion by their players and implemented the many improvements that were requested.
The software is getting better everyday, it is still like playing internet poker in it's infancy, but PokerRebels is starting to evolve into what we are used to playing today.....
The Scion Poker Network
Scion has been providing on-line gaming since 2012, will be growing in 2013, the addition of Pukevang 888 (that's a real poker room) for the Asian Poker Market and 10Aces, will launch later this year.
Deposit Options:
Poker Rebels accepts credit card deposits, there are no other options currently available.
Cash-outs:
Per PokerRebel Rep,
"Payouts will be handled through ACH, Checks, and EFT's. In fact same as other poker sites. After your request for a payout, we'll contact you for a verification and method. Please allow up to 48hrs for this".
"Payout speed varies per country and method. ACH 3-5 days. Checks for North America 7 to max. 10 days."
We have no first hand knowledge of the cash-out procedure or timing, as soon as we have more details we will let know.

Updating the Cash Out Details:
We have seen reports of U.S. cash outs on PokerRebels taking just 4 or 5 days from approval, This is fantastic, however it is just one instance / just a player(s) and not multiple cash-outs.
The true test will be when the site becomes very active and deposits and cash outs are numerous (like in the hundreds every week).

Overall
We like what we have seen, given the limited traffic you cannot expect to see much more, will be actively promoting themselves on-line and growing player traffic.
Don't let the Poker Software discourage you, it still needs a few refinements however, you can get used to it and who knows maybe when they introduce their new software platform it may be the best you have ever played on....
There are obviously growing pains involved here, however, PokerRebels Customer Support and the Management team are taking everything their players are suggesting to heart and working on making the room the best they can be.......
I think there will be a very active lower limit game traffic once players discover the Free $10 bonus, I expect traffic should start to improve very quickly.
$10 No Deposit Bonus
Every Player who signs up will get a a free $10 automatically deposited into their player account, that's right you'll get $10 to play any game you wish.
To receive your free $10, just complete the entire sign-up page, including name, complete address and age. No Banking info is needed.
You will receive your $10 Bonus within 24 hours, I got mine in about 20 minutes.
I received this E-mail when the Bonus was added to my account.
I will personally use mine on the 2/4c and 5/10c ring games, but the SNG lobby has a few inexpensive 6 max tournaments starting at 25c and 50c that look tempting and will make that $10 last a while............The minimum buy-in for the 2/4c NLHE ring tables is $1
