BETSSON TO ACQUIRE NORDICBET

As you probably already know, Betsson Group will acquire Nordic Gaming Group (NGG), owner of the brands, NordicBet, Tobet and Triobet.

Through this acquisition, Betsson secures its position as the largest private alternative to the Nordic monopolies. This acquisition will not have any effect on any of the brands’ operations for 2012. All the brands in Betsson group (Betsson, Betsafe, CasinoEuro, CherryCasino) and in Nordic Gaming Group (NordicBet, Tobet, Triobet) will continue to run business separately with their affiliates, individual customers and partners throughout 2012.
